Here at Snowflakes in the Snow we welcome all of you to our Snowflake World. We treat all prospective Snowflake buyers how we would like to be treated ourselves. We will answer all your questions even after you leave here. You can call us or e-mail us with questions and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We like to get to know our puppy buyers and like to stay in touch with them. We ask you to please send us an update and take pictures of your puppy so we can post it to our web site.
We ask you to take your puppy to your veterinarian within three (3) working days. If the puppy becomes ill before you take it to the vet you agree to take the puppy to an emergancy veterinarian and contact us imediately. You must contact and present us with a written and dated statement from the veterinarian. We have the right to have our veterinarian examine the puppy for a second opinion. The sellers's veterinarian's finding will prevail. If the puppy is found with a heredity/genetic life threating problem and is returned to us we will replace the puppy if any are available or give a refund. All written papers provided at the time you bought the puppy must be returned to us at that time.
All hernias (navel and inguinal) will be repaired by new owner. Hernia repairs do not warrant return of puppy or monies paid. It is not life threatening and in no way interfers with the quality of life of the puppy.
Under no circumstances may the puppy be turned over to the pound, puppy mill or kennel without written consent from us.
We sell pet quality puppies and we DO NOT guarantee size, fertility, bad bites, (which can change up to 7-8 months of age) or undescended testicles and appearances are not guaranteed. This guarantee does not cover conditons that could be prevented by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any vet bills while the puppy is in their possession.
Both your veterinarian and mine must agree the condition is inherited and prevents the puppy from living a normal life.
This guarantee for a life threatening genetic defect is in effect for six (6) months from the day you receive your puppy. The buyer agrees if any litigation is to be held, it will be held in the seller's county. Buyer is responsibly for all attorney fees.
The guarantee is null and void if puppy has not received the preventive vaccinations, which includes but is not limited to routine deworming, and heart worm preventive.
We do not ship!
We feel it is too stressful for the puppies to be shipped. We will meet you half way in Northern California or Southern Oregon, and Reno Nevada. We can delliver to you personally if you live in Sacramento, Vacaville or Santa Rosa, California. Anything over 125 miles we charge a delivery fee or you can come to beautiful Lake County, California to pick up your puppy.
We are located in Nice, California. If you decide to come up here you will be seeing Mount Konocti and Clear Lake. The area used to be the Pear Capitol of the World. We still have a few walnut trees left along with the deer and turkey. If you come into the county from Sacramento Valley you might be lucky and see the Elk.
